Dianne Daniels, MA, has been working in the fitness and wellness field since 1988. She is an exercise physiologist, as well as a certified Feldenkrais practitioner and Pilates instructor. Dianne believes that the human body was designed to move, that movement is life. But as a result of life experiences, good and bad, our way of moving gets disrupted, causing bodily limitations and pain. These patterns can be changed and improved, leading to greater flexibility and strength, while creating effortless good posture and spinal alignment.
