Brian Young

Brian has been a certified yoga instructor for more than five years and is passionate about the positive changes that yoga can bring to the lives of others. Brian has always been amazed by the capabilities of the human body and testing the limits of the capabilities of body and mind.  Brian loves to learn new approaches to his practice and embraces new ideas and ways of thinking about wellness. 

As an avid runner and USA Yoga Competitor, Brian enjoys a challenge. He has been trained to teach 26/2, Vinyasa, and HIIT/Pilates. Brian has done several yoga retreats around the US and has assisted in multiple teacher trainings. Be sure to check out his classes.
