Designed to create a tranquil and relaxing experience, committed to whole body wellness.
Bliss Yoga combines your favorite parts of a regular vinyasa class, balanced with restorative yoga. The class nicely arcs, starting with a relaxing grounding, then will build momentum into an energizing vinyasa flow. We then will move into a more subtle, restorative flow, followed by finishing the class off with an extended savasana of BLISS
