Feldenkrais is a type of neuromuscular education that will, over time, alleviate back, neck, knee, hip and other joint pains. It is a safe and gentle movement class that is different every week, presenting a new "puzzle" that your brain must solve. Most classes will take place on the floor, either on your back, stomach, side, or while sitting on your mat. Everyday loose clothing is appropriate dress, as this is not an exercise class.

Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced while sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support. The perfect class for those just starting on their yoga journey, or not feeling confident on their feet.

This all levels class allows students to connect with the steady rhythm of breath and movement while building flexibility and strength.
A mindful, flowing Asana practice will be followed by a guided Savasana, leaving you feeling centered, calm, and connected.

All Levels Yoga Flow is a practice that is perfect for all levels, connecting breath and asana. This class gives you a complete full body workout!
Yin Yoga is a style of yoga that is particularly suitable for beginners or those who are new to yoga, focusing on holding passive stretches for longer periods of time, typically ranging from two to five minutes or even longer. You'll be guided through a series of seated or lying down poses that target your deeper connective tissues, such as your ligaments, joints, and fascia with gentle and low to the ground poses that use, and props to support your body.
Yin Yoga is a great way to increase flexibility, release tension, and reduce stress and anxiety. It's also a great complement to more active forms of yoga or exercise, as it helps to balance the body and promote overall relaxation and well-being.
