Brittany took her first yoga class when she was 18 and has since been practicing Hatha yoga for over 15 years. In 2012, she decided to commit to a daily practice, and in 2013 received her 200hr teacher certification through the ShivaShakti School of Yoga, where she studied with Aiyana Athenian and Krishna Peter Perry. Brittany's personal style is an Ashtanga influenced, power yoga inspired flow.
She has deep gratitude for all of the teachers throughout her life that have helped guide and mentor her along her way. Today, you can find her leading a heated, slow flow class that will focus on synchronizing movement with breath and promote grace and mindfulness on the mat and off . She also teaches a gentle/yin class that will restore and rejuvenate body, mind and soul.
