Aaron Blake
Aaron Blake is a dedicated yoga teacher whose practice is deeply intertwined with his passion for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. First introduced to yoga through his training with The Gracie family, Aaron blends the mindfulness and flow of yoga with the strength and discipline of martial arts. He guides students with a balanced approach, fostering both physical resilience and inner calm.
Aaron is a registered yoga teacher (RYT) and has done multiple trainings in many different disciplines.
Yoga has brought balance, calm, and mindfulness into Aaron’s life and he is passionate about sharing these benefits with others.
