Eric has been doing Tai Chi for 25 years. He teaches Zazong standing meditation and yang short form.
"Standing meditation teaches us how to feel your center, breath, relax, ground yourself and smile." The form is a sequence of flowing movement that utilizes all the structure and sensations of standing meditation.
The movements have a martial art intent to help the student in correct movement and energy flow.
