Essentrics is a movement program created by Miranda Esmond-White from Montreal, Canada and can be seen on the PBS series, Classical Stretch.

The goal of the Essentrics Workout is to create a balanced body, lengthening and strengthening your muscles and increasing fluidity in your connective tissues. The program will enhance movement through dynamically developing strength, balance, posture, and joint mobility by working with large circular and continuous movements.  Everybody is unique and these movements can be modified for any level.
