Feldenkrais is a type of neuromuscular education that will, over time, alleviate back, neck, knee, hip and other joint pains. It is a safe and gentle movement class that is different every week, presenting a new "puzzle" that your brain must solve. Most classes will take place on the floor, either on your back, stomach, side, or while sitting on your mat. Everyday loose clothing is appropriate dress, as this is not an exercise class.
