Jeff was bored with traditional forms of exercise and looking for something different, Jeff found Wicked Good Yoga and quickly became immersed in the powerful practice of Baptiste yoga and the inspiration of the local yoga community.
Since finding yoga, Jeff’s breakthroughs in his own practice have continually sparked his desire to share this passion with others. An aspiring instructor, Jeff will receive his Yoga Alliance-approved 200 hour teaching certification in March 2015 through Wicked Good Yoga. Jeff’s instruction style encourages breath awareness accompanied with “meditation in motion” for optimal results. Jeff is a native Mainer whose style is light, fun and playful, and often described as “powerful”.
