Nurturing, Balance, Strength and Self Acceptance are the hallmarks of classes taught by Trish Monroe. Trish’s foundation in Kripalu yoga gave her the strength and balance to raise three children, and vinyasa yoga brought stamina and flexibility to run a successful gardening business for the past 15 years. Trish combines her horticultural talents with her work as a Home Health and Hospice CAN with our elderly population.
She sees firsthand that balance and strength can support vitality and grace in an aging population. She is a 200 hour Yoga Alliance certified Vinyasa teacher having graduated from Wicked Good Yoga training in February 2014. Trish is deeply grateful for the joy and openness that yoga has reinforced in her life, and welcomes all to discover what yoga can bring through a consistent yoga practice.
