Ryan tried yoga for the first time on a complete whim. As a runner, her first vinyasa class was mind-blowing. How could yoga be so exhausting and exhilarating at the same time? She was instantly hooked! After a couple years of moving and volunteering here and there, she settled in Maine and began a consistent practice; it was here where she got curious and dove into learning about how (and why) yoga works. She is now a Yoga Alliance-certified 200-hour teacher, sharing the Baptiste sequence to anyone wanting to bring more movement and vitality to their day.
