Sharon started doing yoga 37 years ago to help improve her strength and energy while managing a serious chronic illness. She has been teaching Baptiste style yoga for several years and is a certified health coach. She became a certified Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapist in 1992.
Sharon has been inspired by Melanie Burns at Wicked Good Yoga, Philip Urso of Live, Love, Teach, and many yoga and meditation teacher throughout the years.
Sharon graduated as a 200 hour YA instructor from Wicked Good Yoga in 2014, and is working toward her 500 hour certification. Sharon loves to teach hot vinyasa flow, focusing on the joy of breath, movement, and meditation.
