Class will focus on breath, building strength and increasing flexibility. Increase your ease of movement by spending time strengthening your core for stability, working on your balance and stretching. Students are invited to work at their own pace, find their edge and explore poses while staying connected to their breath.
This class is perfect for all ages, with modifications offered for all levels.
